I was just told that my son had a tethered spinal cord. This could have alot to do with his walking on his toes and his incontinence. Has anyone with an Autistic child get this diagnosis?

Well I am now looking for out door activities that my four year old can do with out having a melt down or panic attack. He does have a pressure vest that works wonderful. Still is had to find things I think he'll enjoy without spending the money to go then to find out its not for him. Trial and error I guess. Hard to do in this economy as a single parent but we have to get him out there....right?
