Thanks for the update. It sounds like she felt you were genuinely taking her feelings into consideration. Sometimes that's all they need. And too, maybe because now she has a bed the same size as her big sister, she feels important. I love it!

I should correct myself. You can upload a picture to your page of the kids you referred to in your message. I assume they are you own children. Then we can use that photo in the blog post Thanks.

So your target audience is other parents who have children with Celiac Disease? Send me the info on the meeting and general information about Celiac - just what it is and how it affects the body. And briefly tell me your story - how the disease affected your family or the children you referenced in your message.
Then, I'll write up a blog about it and put it out on Facebook and Twitter. I'll also promote it on this site in my top box. A picture of your family would also be helpful.
Once that's out, you could start a discussion on the site where members could ask you questions.
How's that?

Trudy,
How can I get information out about a new Celiac Youth-Support Group starting up the first Saturday of March? I have 5 children with the disease. There are no groups for the children so my family is starting up two--one for younger kids to 5th grade, and a second for tweens to teens. We have Dr. John Yazdi speaking this Saturday to the older kids (for an hour) and a craft activity for the younger group. Where do I start?

That is correct, all the images listed are from our local BMX track located on the north side: Those images were from 2009 State Games of America.
